ESSENTIAL WAYS IN MAINTAINING YOUR CUSTOMERS AS A NETWORK MARKETER

Before we can talk about maintaining your customers you have to know to get your prospect and also your customer.
WAYS TO PROSPECT IN NETWORK MARKETING
1. Establish a relationship with the person.
2. Get the persons interest; ask questions to get the persons interest.
I. Are you interested in hearing how to make an extra income in a month part-time?
II. Are you interested in knowing about a product that can help extend your life?
III. Do you know who is interested in (i) or (ii)
IV. Will you like to spend more time with your family?
V. Would you like to choose your working hours?
VI. Will you like to meet new people?
VII. Will you like to own your business?
3. Give a flyer.
4. Follow up. Ask such questions on follow up.
I. Have you read it?
II. Do you want to know more?
5. Make an appointment, may be you can take the person to have a cup of coffee or ice-cream but if the area is conducive then discuss.
6. Brief the person about the business using his or her interest as a motive to get involved.
Next thing is discovering who is actually a prospect
• Prospects are highly interested
• They have the right body language
WAYS TO MAINTAIN YOUR CUSTOMER EFFECTIVELY.
o You must use your product to know more about it.
o Educate them on the products and demonstrate it to them.
o Motivate them by giving them exceptional services. i.e.
I. Educate.
ii. Delivery of products.
Iii. Advice.
o Help show them how the product works.
o Build relationship with them.
o Recognize them by
I. Thanking them.
II. Giving them sample of the products free.
III. Reduce price for them.
o Buy gifts and give to them to encourage them.
